A1. European Green Sign Language Competence Framework

as per the GreenComp, LifeComp, DigiComp and ‘Green Skills & Knowledge Concepts: Labelling the ESCO classification’ to identify benchmarks for skills to be acquired through the Capacity Building Programme & the VR Scenarios & Activities divided into 4 modules:
a) Environmental Literacy per GreenComp: Grasping scientific concepts (ecosystems, biodiversity, etc.), understanding
ethical implications of human actions on nature, Sustainability: Recognizing & transitions for sustainability
b) Green Glossary through Sign Language
c) Soft Skills per LifeComp & DigiComp: Communication, Critical thinking (assessing, applying analytical skills for environmental actions), Flexibility, Collaboration, Confidence
d) Employability Skills per DigiComp: CV creation, Green sector employability opportunities search, Online & professional
communication, etc

A2. Validated Capacity-Building Building Training as Per the Micro-Credential Methodology

to include training materials and Webinars for green & employability skills acquisition & micro-credentials involving assessment criteria, validation methodology & Digital Badges (sign language). Guidelines for implementing the GreenSIGNS Programme and for using VR Simulations will also be produced.

A3. GreenSIGNS Real-Life Scenarios for VR Simulations with Accompanying Activities

for developing green & employability skills. Case studies will reflect professions identified in  the Green Jobs Index – Indicative: Environmental Conservationist, Upcycling & Eco-Tourism Professionals.

A4. Transnational Training Mobility for Facilitators/Youth Workers

for guiding Youth Workers on utilizing project results e.g. Capacity Building Programme with Activities, Micro-credentials, Green Sign Language, Professions & VR Simulations. It will also include a Code of Conduct to be applied in youth organizations for ensuring effective participation of Deaf and Hearing Impaired Youths.
