A1. Development of the GreenSIGN VR Simulations

and VR User Manual in the form of video in the Sign Language of each partner country based on the storyboard and Design Brief , which will set the instructions of the real-life scenarios and activities to be integrated within the simulations for equipping young people with deafness/hard of hearing with green employability skills across green sectors e.g., environmental conservation, eco-tourism, upcycling-handcrafts professions via an immersive and interactive environment.

A2. Inclusive GreenSIGN Platform

to foster sustainable, inclusive, and environmentally conscious Deaf and Hard of Hearing youth empowerment and employment by providing a comprehensive set of resources, tools, and training opportunities, while promoting transnational networking and the validation of micro-credentials for youth workers and Deaf and Hard of Hearing youth in the field of green skills and sustainability.

A3. National Level Capacity Building Training for Youth Workers

to equip them with the know-how of delivering the GreenSIGNS Programme via a series of blended workshops in each country. This  will include, among other things, the evaluation of all products and tools, guidelines to use and implement the capacity-building program in their organization, and use of VR methodology and real-life scenarios.
