Today, we gathered in Iași for a crucial Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) to ensure the smooth progress of the GreenSIGNS Project.
Together, we discussed key developments in our work packages, moving closer to our shared goal of fostering green skills and inclusive employment opportunities for Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) youth.
What we are creating 
WP2: GreenSIGNS Language Competence Framework
An Interactive Pin Map showcasing green jobs, skills, and best practices. QR Code Cards with 50 key green terms in sign language for accessible communication. A Green Jobs Index, defining key professions and competencies based on ESCO standards. WP3: GreenSIGN Dual Toolkit A Competence Framework for green skills, digital literacy, and employability. A Training Programme with webinars, badges, and micro-credentials. Real-life VR Scenarios to develop green and professional skills through immersive experiences. WP4: GreenSIGN Platform & VR Simulations VR Training Simulations in sign language for hands-on green job training. An Inclusive GreenSIGN Platform for DHH youth empowerment, networking, and credential validation.Each partner actively contributes, and the first work packages are nearly complete!
