The main target groups are Young People & Youth Workers who will benefit from a Validated Capacity Building Programme on Green Competencies to promote professional development and in particular:

1. Young People with Deafness or Hearing Impairments aged 16-30 who will:

– Increase motivation, empowerment, self-esteem and active citizenship through improving green, employability and soft skills

– Reinforce career-development green opportunities

2. Youth Workers, Volunteers, Trainers, Educators Working with Young People with Deafness or Hearing Impairments etc. who will:

– adopt effective, innovative, inclusive and motivating methods to engage Young People with Deafness or Hearing Impairments

– work with new digital technologies and pedagogies such as Virtual Reality (VR) to ensure inclusion of Young People with Deafness or Hearing Impairments to immersive and versatile tools

3. Sign Language Interpreters who will:

– better understand and convey green terminology instead of paraphrasing

4. Youth Organizations, Youth Councils, Associations, Municipalities, Public Authorities, HEIs, Public Authorities, Environmental NGO’s, NGOs, Schools, Colleges, Parents who will:

– Provide a supporting, inclusive and innovative environment for Young People with Deafness or Hearing Impairments through synergies creation

5. Labour market actors in green sectors e.g. environmental conservation, Advocacy, eco-tourism, Upcycling professions etc. and social enterprises who will:

– Contribute into fostering a diversity and inclusive culture in their work environment for Young People with Deafness or Hearing Impairments
